L'Observeur du Design awards its label to the Asyc IV
The new Asyc IV multimeter from Metrix®, which combines innovation and ergonomics, has just been awarded labelling by the magazine L'Observeur du Design and will be exhibited at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie in Paris from 11th December 2015 to 13th March 2016.
The ASYC IV multimeters are packed full of concentrated technology making them easy to use while benefiting from innovative design. They are spearheading a new trend in the industrial sector and the Multimeter market. Drawing on its long, acknowledged experience, Chauvin Arnoux is shaking up users' habits (electronic switch with LEDs, wide colour screen, automatic recognition, etc.) to offer them an instrument which is both functional and good-looking.
As a manufacturer, Chauvin Arnoux is innovating and proposing professional instruments whose ergonomics is close to our everyday experience: an instrument which is easy to handle with just one hand and can be controlled directly with your thumb. As well as offering an attractive design, the instrument's large graphical colour screen is particularly easy to read.
These measuring instruments nevertheless remain functional and meet crucial requirements. Rugged and leakproof (IP 67), the ASYC IV multimeters have been designed as a single block so that they can be used in all environments (in industry and in the field). Comfort hands-free strap for C.A 6113, C.A 6116, C.A 6116N, C.A 6117
The comfort hands-free strap allows hands-free use of the Multifunction Installation testers, while distributing the weight on the shoulders to ensure comfort even when using it for long periods.
It consists of a harness with retroreflective materials and a pocket for pens. The continuity rod P01102084A also fits on the belt. The belt can be adjusted perfectly to the user`s body by adjustable straps.
This optional accessary can be used instead of the belt which is supplied in the standard set.
Power & Energy Logger PEL 105
The PEL 105 logger is particularly simple to use with an all-terrain IP67 casing capable of withstanding shocks, UV rays and extreme temperatures.
It is ideal for outdoor installation directly on an electricity pole. With its 1,000 V CAT IV safety rating, it can be used for measurements on all LV networks, including measurements of the neutral-earth voltage and the neutral current. This stand-alone instrument is equipped with a selfpowering system via its voltage inputs up to 1,000 V. The PEL 105 offers 5 voltage inputs and 4 current inputs. Compatible with a large number of current sensors to make it easier to use, it also recognizes the sensors automatically.
The PEL 105 can be used to measure, record and analyse the power values (W, var, VA) and energy values (kWh, kvarh, kVAh). At the same time, they record the PF and the DPF. Recording is continuous with a sampling interval of 200 ms.

Appliance tester C.A 6108
The appliance tester C.A 6108 allows testing the local electrical equipment according to ÖNORM / ÖVE E8701 standard, the checking of electro medical products according to EN 62353 and optionally the verification of arc welding devices according to IEC 60974-4 / VDE 0544-4. Equipped with functional database and protocol software, the equipment tests can be easily managed.
