Our Engineering and R&D departments are responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of our industrial products and solutions. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and industrial teams, they transform ideas into high-performance solutions tailored to our customers' requirements.

Our teams of engineers and design technicians, mainly in electronics, mechanics, and software, play a key role in the company's competitiveness and innovation.

Electronics

Our electronics engineers design the circuit boards that are at the heart of our measuring instruments. They define the technical specifications, draw up the diagrams and carry out simulations. They oversee the commissioning of the electronic circuit boards and monitor their EMC and metrological validation. They contribute their expertise in analog, digital and power electronics.

At the same time, our test technicians verify product compliance throughout the development process. They perform the necessary tests and write test and certification reports in accordance with current standards.

These two complementary roles guarantee the technical reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance of the products designed by the Group.

Mechanical

Our mechanical engineers design the physical casing for our products, including the enclosures that protect the electronic boards and ensure user safety. They select the appropriate techniques and materials, monitor regulatory aspects, and contribute their technical expertise. They manage product requalification following component modifications, product optimization, and continuous process improvement.

At the same time, our design drafters produce detailed 3D designs and develop complete technical plans, including functional dimensions. They also keep product technical files up to date in close collaboration with project managers and various departments.

These two functions work together to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of the products designed by the Group.

Software

Our software engineers develop the software embedded in electronic cards. They write technical specifications, oversee the development of embedded software, and define the software architecture. They ensure that technical files are maintained throughout the product life cycle.

Our test and validation engineers perform manual and automated functional tests on measuring instruments and applications. They improve and create test specifications, thereby helping to guarantee the quality and reliability of products.

This department ensures the optimization of performance and technical robustness of the solutions offered by the Group.

Methods and industrialization

Our industrialization teams work in collaboration with the mechanical, electronic, and software teams. They support project managers during the product development phase (cost calculations, ERP integration, prototype monitoring). They oversee the launch into production, coordinate technical modifications, and liaise with manufacturing plants.

Our methods teams are involved in the industrialization of manufacturing processes. They define manufacturing sequences and design specific tools. In addition, they manage technical documentation and product ranges. They propose improvements to streamline production, while acting as the interface between the design office and the workshop.

Together, they optimize the transition from design to manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and quality in the industrial cycle.
