NEW PEL104 and PEL106 Power and Energy Loggers

Brand New & Available to order now

Chauvin Arnoux UK are pleased to announce the launch of two new additions to their market leading range of Power and Energy Loggers (PELs).

PELs are necessary for monitoring power and energy usage in a facility or installation and can often identify hidden issues that affect both operational and environmental quality, can pinpoint the reason for higher than desired energy costs, and can reveal the causes of more frequent equipment repair and replacement.

Whether for troubleshooting a known problem, or proactively seeking opportunities to optimise power distribution systems, energy service industry professionals are making good use of power and energy logging equipment and are discovering both the significance and benefits of short-term diagnostic monitoring for plant maintenance and expansion.

The PEL104 and PEL106 offer improved performance and functionality, compared to our most popular PEL103, while retaining the same simplicity of use and competitive pricing.

New features include :-

  • Upgraded Microprocessor providing 5x faster data capture (aggregation down to 200ms)
  • Higher rated self-powering adaptor suitable for use on 600V AC (1000V PEL106) and DC systems
  • USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G/GPRS connectivity with IRD server for remote logging and access
  • Bluetooth link for 4 dual-channel loggers enabling 8 additional analogue channels to be connected
  • Separate harmonic, imbalance, and non-active energy measurements for simple cost analysis of electrical network issues
  • Alarms and reports feature - automatically emails warnings if thresholds are crossed, along with daily reporting
  • Unique motor mechanical power, speed, torque, and efficiency values calculated from measured electrical parameters (patent applied)
  • Improved current sensor locking mechanism
